"Solitary Man" is a Neil Diamond tribute album I recorded at the Smyrna Opera House during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I played all of the melodic instruments. My buddy Dave Simmons played the drums and my dear friend Marcia Ramirez (background singer for Christopher Cross, Patty Loveless, Rodney Crowell and Pam Tillis) sang background vocals on America and Cracklin Rosie.
Songs from the Vault 1985-1995
Songs from the Vault is a collection of never before released songs from the early years of Sol's career. It is available as a "Pay whatever you want" download that includes photos, lyrics and stories behind the songs and about folks who influenced and mentored Sol in the early years of his career.. The money raised from this album will help fund future recording projects.
(2016) Sol's 3rd studio release, "Rehoboth Beach" (co-produced with Cliff Hillis at La Hacienda in Phoenixville, PA), is a blend of 70's style pop with contemporary country mixed in. It includes collaborations with award winning writers Mitch Townley, Lee Johnson and Odie Blackmon.
